Ingredients
- 280g Digestive biscuits
- 240g Condensed milk
- 100g Butter (not salted)
- 180g Maltesers
- 200g Milk chocolate
Method

Grease up a 20cm square tin.

Take your digestive biscuits and break them down to a fine crumb and place in a bowl.

Remove 12-16 maltesers and cut in half and place to the side for topping, the rest place in a bag and break down or use a knife to cut them into rough pieces.

Cut 10g of your butter and place to the side in a bowl along with all your chocolate broken up.

Take the other 90g of butter and place in a pan on a low heat allowing the butter to completely melt.

Now add the melted butter and condensed milk to the mixture in the bowl and stir together. Once combined start adding in the chopped maltesers and mix together.

Now take the mixture and place into your tin pressing down so it fills all corners of it.

Take your bowl with your chocolate and the last 10g of butter and place in the microwave on a low heat. Make sure to stir it all every so often so all melts evenly.

Now melted pour the chocolate over the top of the base in the tin covering all corners and add on top your half cut maltesers.

Now place in the fridge for a minimum of two hours for it to chill and form.
